DELIVERY TIME: Your product is shipped within 48 hours* after your order is purchased and product has been revealed in our live parties. We send email notification of your tracking number via United States Postal Service to ensure you are able to track your package for delivery. Customer Service is our top priority. If you have received your reveal and it has been over 48 hours with no tracking number emailed to you, please contact us within normal business hours (Monday - Friday 10AM CT - 5PM CT)

Example - If your reveal was on Friday, please expect your tracking number on Monday the following week. Saturday/Sunday are not business hours for our Customer Service Team.
RETURNS: During the first 30 days, if your ring has a missing stone please contact our Returns Department by messaging us directly through Facebook. Defective rings must be returned to our returns department before refund is issued. Please note, our policy does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of ring metal that may occur over time by extended wear and body chemistry.
